I've just bought my son the away kit at the club shop and after purchasing I noticed online that sports direct are cheaper.
WTF!!! I'm all for supporting the club but for crying out loud they take the piss.
Thoughts?

Ordered one online fromSports Direct for the boy and arranged to pick it up in store. They give you a £5 voucher to spend in store for doing that so it pretty much paid for his new shin pads.

People moaned and bitched when West Ham sold shirts exclusively and I guess people will moan that West Ham are now allowing sports chains to sell the shirts.

Agreed, nothing worse than an obese middle aged bloke with moobs wearing one of our shirts, usually a size too small with beer belly on show. You know the type, can't be told, stubborn as shit stuck to a barn house door.

In a nutshell.
The club really has to sell it at the SRP. If they don't the retailers will fuck them off royally. The retailers on the other hand have every right to sell them at whatever price they wish as the margin is theirs to do whatever they want with.

If you're a ST holder, then you get 10% discount - So the price is the same.
Though the club charge 50p more in P&P than SportsDirect.
